Quotes

Quotes are given in writing before work starts. A quote states the scope of work, the price basis, and what happens if a fault is found during the visit. Work starts only after the quote is agreed. A quote is for the property and scope described; changes to scope may change the price, and any change is agreed before the extra work starts.

What a clean includes and excludes

A standard clean includes the full gutter run, outlet checks, joint and bracket checks, downpipe testing and debris removal. It excludes repairs, guards, replacement and below-ground drainage work, unless those are stated in the quote. Below-ground drainage is a different trade and is never included in a gutter quote.

Access and safety

The homeowner or agent provides access as agreed for the visit. Work at height is planned per property, and work stops in unsafe weather, including high wind, lightning and ice on the working surface. A visit delayed by weather is rearranged, not forced. Fragile roofs, including conservatory roofs, are never walked on.

Payment

The written quote for each job states the payment terms. Nothing is taken before the quote is agreed. Where a larger job needs a deposit or staged payments, that arrangement is written into the quote before work begins.

Complaints

Concerns go to the business by call, WhatsApp or the quote form, with a plain account of what happened and what should be put right. Every concern is acknowledged, and the next step is explained. No response timeframe is promised here, because none has been set.
